Returns


For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened, used, or tested cosmetic products.


All sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders


If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.


To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:


  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging


Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we may offer one of the following remedies:


  • Replacement product
  • Store credit
  • Refund to the original payment method


The resolution provided will be determined at the discretion of Ricca Beauty.


Non-Refundable Items


The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:


  • Opened cosmetic products
  • Used beauty products
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Products damaged through misuse or improper storage


Order Cancellations


Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.


Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.


Shipping Costs


Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Ricca Beauty.


Lost or Delayed Packages


Ricca Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.


If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should first contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.


We will gladly assist in providing any information needed to support the investigation.


Refund Processing


Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
